WHO AM I- I am an Independent Management Consultant and HR Strategist, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Through the years I have been associated with corporate in sectors from Manufacturing, IT to Educational Institutes & Social sector. The industry varies from industrial products to gemstones & jewellery, home furnishings, real estate.

My contribution as an extension of your team is to challenge assumptions, bring you the knowledge needed to achieve your goals, and build a Human Resource strategy that helps you in achieving the organizational objectives.

MY JOURNEY- A recent Executive PGP in Strategic HR Leadership from XLRI (2023-24) coupled with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Personnel & HR way back in 1991, I bring forth more than 3 decades of experience (12 years leading HR department in manufacturing companies and 18 years as consultant) in entire gamut of HR activities ranging from the soft aspects of Talent acquisition, Training & Development, Performance Management System to the hard aspects of dealing with Trade Unions, Recession & handling a strike.

The “way it’s always been” isn’t the best way it will always be and I embrace that reality. The philosophy goes in line with the reason for me coming into fore. Bonding with a Consultant as an alternative to having a full fledged in house resource goes well for small & growing organizations. It also brings in third-party objectivity, knowledge of best practices and a fresh perspective to each of my assignments.
